Refund Policy

Prompt to Profitz is a digital product marketplace. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are considered final. However, we aim to ensure full customer satisfaction.

1. No Refund Policy

Once a digital prompt is delivered, it cannot be returned. As such, Prompt to Profitz does not offer refunds on any purchases unless under special circumstances (e.g., duplicate transactions).

2. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be considered if:

  • You are charged multiple times for the same order
  • You never received the product
  • The product was clearly misrepresented

To request a refund, contact support@prompttoprofitz.com within 7 days of purchase. We may require order confirmation or screenshots for investigation.

3. Seller Responsibility

All prompt creators must accurately describe their products. If a product is flagged for quality issues, we reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action.

4. Disputes & Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank or card issuer. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

5. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update our refund policy without notice. All changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
